PROSENSO™ brings a delicious, savory chicken note to foods. The premium broths and meat powders are rich in proteins and suitable for use in a broad range of culinary applications such as soups, sauces, marinades, liquid bouillons and bouillon cubes, ready meals, instant noodles and savory snacks.
PROSENSO™ broths contain no artificial flavors, colors or chemical additives. Therefore, they are a healthy and savory alternative or are complementary to flavor enhancers, such as MSG, HVP and yeast extract. The broth and meat are available as easy soluble spray-dried powders.
Chicken Meat powders
A new extension in the PROSENSO™ range is its powdered cooked chicken (PCC) or chicken meat powders that serves as a meat component and brings foundational flavor to culinary applications from soups, sauces, bouillons, fond, stock cubes to ready-made meals and mixes. It is a fine powder based on meat, skin or MSM, easy to mix with other ingredients and is completely dispersible in hot or cold water. Our powdered cooked chicken does not contain any added seasonings; its characteristic aroma of chicken makes it perfect to use as a base in custom blends.

Chicken fat
Chicken fat brings flavor to a broad range of applications, such as soups, sauces, precooked and ready meals or emulsified meat products like spreads and pâté. This liquid chicken fat improves product attributes, such as taste and flavor, mouthfeel and appearance. Chicken fat is high in unsaturated acids. The chicken fat has a very mild taste profile. The low melting point makes it an excellent ingredient for soups and sauces but also in meats and pates.
